Let me say that Monty Phyton’s The Meaning of Life is certainly not as smart as the previous Monty Phyton’s movies. It is not as clever as Holy Grail, one of the best comedies ever, or the brilliant Life of Brian. Nonetheless it preserves some disturbing moments, being the fat man scene my favorite one. Sometimes it comes too far in the black humour and with no doubt it accomplishes its mission to offend everyone. It is hard to swallow, but it is still Monty Phyton, so let’s show some respect here!
